I can’t decide which ranks higher on the ”Did he actually say that” meter. “overly partisan Congress” or “16-year entrenched incumbent” as both being uttered by the most partisan and in the system democrat in RI.

Let’s not forget his 2008 adds proclaiming “vote for change, vote democrat”  in Rhode Island.
