RIRA Approves Resolution of Support for Erik Wallin

The Rhode Island Republican Assembly (RIRA), at its monthly meeting on November 18, 2010, approved a non-binding resolution expressing the group’s support for Erik Wallin’s candidacy for RIGOP Chairman.

The Republican Assembly’s by-laws require that official endorsements be made by a special convention of the organization. A convention has been called for January 13, 2011, coincident with the group’s monthly meeting. At the convention, RIRA will endorse candidates for leadership posts in the Rhode Island Republican Party in preparation for the RI Republican Party’s March 2011 election.

RIRA is a private membership organization of Republican activists who work to promote conservative ideals within the Republican Party of Rhode Island. RIRA is one of over forty chartered state affiliates of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies – “The Republican Wing of the Republican Party” © – all across America.

For more information, please contact RIRA President Raymond McKay at 401-487-2514 or president [at] ri-ra [dot] org.

Conservatively Yours,

Raymond T. McKay
