Save the date! Yes, we’re already planning ahead for the RIRA 7th Annual Christmas Dinner Party! It will be held on Saturday, December 17th, 2011, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We will once again hold the event in the Imperial Room at the Rhode Island Shriners, at 1 Rhodes Place, in Pawtuxet Village, Cranston. We will send out more information and invitations out for the event at the appropriate time.
Tomorrow, February 6, 2011 – marks the 100th anniversary of President Reagan’s birth. It begins a year’s worth of events, educational programs, and initiatives that the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation is sponsoring to celebrate President Reagan’s Centennial.
This is a great moment for the conservative movement to remember its greatest champion and also reflect on President Reagan’s enduring legacy.
Today, we are proud to announce a special partnership with YouTube.com. Starting Friday, February 5, at 9:00 AM PST, the Reagan Foundation will curate a section of the YouTube.com homepage devoted to Ronald Reagan. We hope you enjoy the videos we have selected, some of which you’ve probably never seen before. Please join us for a “family friendly” evening of fun, great food and drink, live musical entertainment, award presentations, and special guests, at the biggest and best local GOP party this holiday season! Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be available from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., and a great buffet-style dinner beginning at 7:00 P.M., with the festivities continuing for the rest of the night. Live musical entertainment will be provided by the band “Wing It,” and there will be a cash bar available throughout the evening.
An RSVP is required for dinner. Tickets are only $35.00 PER PERSON and only $10.00 for Children 10 & under. Tables of eight are available for $280.00. The great buffet features chicken montello and baked stuffed sole, along with salad, roasted potatoes, other vegetables, and chocolate cake. The menu for Children 10 & under features chicken fingers and french fries. Special dietary needs (vegetarian, diabetic, kosher, etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice.

There will be a joint St. Patrick’s and St. Joseph’s Day Celebration, in support of John Loughlin, Republican candidate for United States Congress, on Thursday, March 18th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kirkbrae Country Club, 197 Old River Road, in Lincoln.
