Please bring your signs expressing clearly your horror and disgust at how this “leader of the people of our state” could vote as one of seven Senators to not block funds to ACORN. This vote of his embarrasses and disgraces all the residents of the State of Rhode Island and endangers us, our children, and our way of life, as well as our economic feasibility. After all, WHAT HAS HE DONE FOR R.I. LATELY?
Let everyone know how you feel. Make a sign that states your feelings emotions and bluntness. We are mortified with Sen. Whitehouse. This man is on the Justice Committee in the Senate and was our former Attorney General. He has NO EXCUSE FOR THIS DECISION AS A LAW PROFESSIONAL. HE IS REWARDING BAD BEHAVIOR! AND THE BREAKING OF THE LAW!! He is an Attorney! He needs to be gone.
What he represents by using taxpayer’s dollars by voting FOR more of OUR money to go to such an illicit, criminal organization as ACORN, which is now promoting (on tape) illicit behavior and prostitution, and the enabling of transporting underage illegal immigrants for the purpose of prostitution, is against the law and against all things that our country stands for, Isn’t this a felony?? He voted the funneling of OUR MONEY to promoting the purchase of houses for the use of prostitution. Isn’t this fraud?
HOW COULD HE THINK THIS IS PROPER USE OF PUBLIC MONIES AND PROPER REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE OF RI??? He cannot pretend he didn’t know the facts – he voted for them despite the publicized facts about this.

Here is a link to video of Fox News’ report on the recent U.S. Senate vote to refuse federal housing funds to the notoriously corrupt alliance of “community organization” know as ACORN.
It passed overwhelmingly by a vote of 83-7.
The seven Senators who voted to protect ACORN were: Roland Burris, Bob Casey, Dick Durbin, Kirsten Gillibrand, Pat Leahy, and our very own leftist radical, Sheldon Whitehouse – Six Democrats and one Independent (Socialist Bernie Sanders). Megyn Kelly had a very interesting commentary about these Senators.
